Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service which takes 2 days on average to reach any address in the country. (Note: You must have a mail receptacle -- mail box or P.O. Box -- to receive USPS Priority Mail) You will receive an email from us notifying you of the shipment of your order. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We offer a flat rate of $4.95 on all orders shipped to any address or P.O. Box in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. Our shipping rate only applies to orders sent to one address. We regret that we are not accepting International orders at this time.


Note: Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure  prompt delivery.


What to Know About Your Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time, as shown below.





Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. You can usually find an item's processing time next to the "add to cart" button on the item page. For example, an item that says "ships in 2-3 business days" means that the total processing time is 2-3 days before the item will be shipped.


Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. As stated above, all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service which takes 2 days on average to reach any address in the country.

Your Receipt
Most purchases from InYourName.biz are gifts, therefore, we never include the receipt with your order. An order confirmation is emailed to you (the purchaser) immediately upon placing your order. Please save and/or print this order confirmation email for your records as it will serve as your receipt. The order confirmation email also includes an order/shipping status link which shows the current status of your order at any time.

Sales Tax
InYourName.biz collects 5% sales tax on products shipped to residents of Alabama.

Check Status of Order
Upon placement of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You may visit the link on the confirmation email to check the status of your order at any time.

Out of Stock Items
It is usually not possible to order items which are out of stock due to our online inventory system but in the event that an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will contact you by phone first and if we cannot reach you, via email. Charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill.

Gift Wrapping
InYourName.biz provides gift wrapping to our customers at a cost of $4.95 per order. Complimentary gift cards are included with your personalized message. We offer baby, birthday, christening and Christmas themes which you choose when selecting the "gift wrapping" option during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
InYourName.biz is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days from receipt of merchandise (with the noted exception shown below **). Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Include your name, address, reason for return, order number and a request for either a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
